Store locations and hours may change without notice

Prices are estimates and may not reflect current promotions, taxes, or fees

5.2 No Guarantee of Pricing

We do not guarantee that:

The prices shown in the App match actual store prices

Products will be available at the listed prices

Your final purchase total will match the App's estimate

Stores will have all listed items in stock

5.3 Disclaimer

MealMax is a planning tool only. We are not responsible for:

Price discrepancies between the App and actual store prices

Product availability or out-of-stock items

Changes in store pricing or policies

Any purchases you make based on App recommendations

6. User Content and Conduct

6.1 Your Content

You may be able to create, upload, or share content through MealMax, including:

Custom shopping lists

The nutritional accuracy of recipes or meal plans

Any allergic reactions or health issues resulting from following our suggestions

Dietary advice or recommendations

If you have dietary restrictions, allergies, or health concerns, consult with a qualified healthcare professional before following any meal plans.

10.4 Financial Advice

MealMax is a budgeting tool, not financial advice. We do not provide professional financial planning or advisory services. Your financial decisions are your own responsibility.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES

ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES

ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM:

15. Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by:

Deleting your account through the App settings

Uninstalling the App from your device

Contacting us to request account deletion

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:

You breach these Terms

You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity

We are required to do so by law

We decide to discontinue the Service

15.3 Effect of Termination

All provisions that should survive termination shall remain in effect, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability

If you access the App through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App

Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App

Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them

16.8 Google Play Store Additional Terms

If you access the App through Google Play, you agree to the Google Play Terms of Service, and acknowledge that Google is not responsible for the App or its content.
